You may prefer the option to have a cash bar at your special occasion or event.
This option is a popular choice for any function and means that people pay for their drinks the
same as they would in a pub or hotel bar.

Our cash bar hire options are simple, very effective and are designed to make planning and running your event as easy as possible.

Our Bubble Bartenders will be available to serve throughout your event so you can concentrate on enjoying yourself along with your guests.

Prior to your event, we will work with you to design your perfect menu so our H Van bar will arrive fully stocked and raring to go.

We can also organise an events license if you need one. Your guests simply pay for their drinks at the bar from our fair price list.

This option is normally subject to a minimum spend commitment of £1000

PRE PAID BAR


Similar to the cash bar, however you can put any amount of money behind the bar to provide complimentary drinks for your guests then once this runs out you can choose to top it up or we can simply turn into a paying bar.

This option is also subject to a minimum spend commitment of £1000.

BOTH CASH BAR OPTIONS INCLUDE

  • The company of our beautiful vintage H van
  • Signage, decoration and lighting
  • Two fully trained staff to serve throughout your event
  • All Licenses including temporary event notices if required.
  • Premium disposable, recyclable glasswear
  • Sony music system (Feel free to send us your own playlist)
  • Free delivery within 20 miles of PL26. (Please contact us for a price on locations further afield.)
  • Early arrival prior to your event to set up and time following to clean up after ourselves.
